Back to the present.
I finally am back in the present. We went in a cave and enjoyed the lush beauty of the wedding room, fractured room, South America room, and others. Here are some pictures:
More storms! And rafting!
We went rafting! Two and a half miles of rafting in two hours, perfect! We saw more giant fish and baby turtles, then went to a natural spring to have some fun with fish. We tried to catch carp, bass, and a baby snapper. We cought the turtle, but not the fish. We were all enjoying our day when, once again, a storm enveloped us and we had to leave. We went to a different campground that day, and rented more rafts for tomorrow. We slept there and woke up at six o'clock to go rafting. If we were any later, we couldn't have rafted on the entire river, which was three and a half hours long. We had SO much fun and we did it over and over and over and over and- well you get the idea. We continued until another, super annoying, life threatening storm came. This one was really close so we dashed until we got in the car, drove back to the same campsite, and slept.
Storms!
It was a good day at the beach until a dark shadow overcame us. My mom just looked at the cloud and was like, "Oh, that's nothing. We're just fine." About five minutes later we're jogging toward the car and driving toward Walmart. We unfolded the bed, got in our PJ's, and slept dreaming of flying into walls or candy and jumping off Mount Rushmore into a tiny baby pool (Please don't judge me. I know, it's weird, but still don't judge.) We woke up to a nice morning and went to Weeki Wachi, the city of real live mermaids. They had three epic slides and one, the cannonball, was crazy awesome. It was almost straight down, about 85 degrees, and went down three stories! That may not sound very high, but that is CRAZY tall. Not only that, but you got to swim in a natural stream with giant fish, bottle nosed turtles, and baby snapping turtles. Luckily there were no fully grown ones spotted that day. We were having fun, jumping off the dock, when another, even bigger storm came.
We hurried to the car again after seeing normal peacocks and a white peacock. We drove to a new campground with only two stars but was so nice, it should actually be five stars. We slept there and had some fun, then went to bed. What did we do next? We....
